Bryan Hamer is the Principal of Roadmap Advisors. Bryan’s love for politics comes from his family. His maternal grandfather, was an active member of the North Carolina Democratic party for many decades and his father has served Bryan’s hometown of Englewood, NJ, for over a decade on the City Council.
Bryan attended North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in Greensboro, NC. During his time at A&T, Bryan served two terms in the universities student senate.
Bryan has worked on political campaigns on the local, state and national level. He believes that votes are earned by action and not words and that the A block on the Rachel Maddow Show is the most important 22 minutes on television.
Alan Holmes currently serves as a Senior Aide to Atlanta City Councilman Dustin Hillis. He has a passion for politics, and a commitment to brand development of political candidates. Over the last 6 years he assisted many state and local candidates with web development, copywriting, strategy, and Facebook ad campaign management through hm Media Strategies.
He believes in innovation, and working to elect true public servants. As Chair of the Georgia New Guard Political Action Committee, he was instrumental in developing a voter turnout strategy that assisted in the election of Atlanta City Council President Felicia Moore, and Atlanta City Councilman Dustin Hillis.
Alan also has an ad buying background. His time spent at NCC Media culminated in the placement of over $15 million in cable TV ads for political campaigns and PAC’s.
John Jackson is the lead strategist for Roadmap Advisors. In this role, he responsible for building a data driven strategy that will help the client achieve the win number. John brings a wealth of experience to the table. He is currently the 2nd Vice Chair of DeKalb County Democratic Party, one of Metro Atlanta’s most influential local parties.
He served as President of DeKalb Young Democrats for 2 years where his community organizing gained national recognition from Democratic National Committee Members and elected officials. John was worked on for campaigns at the Federal, State and local level at the position of Campaign Manager, Field Director, Communications Director, Campaign Spokesman, and Treasurer. He was a surrogate for Stacey Abram’s historical candidacy for Governor of Georgia in 2018. He has been active in the community and supportive of social justice movements such as Black Lives Matter and Reproductive Justice. He also has a distinguished career in banking where he a subject matter expert in financial services risk management.
John earned his Master of Science in Economics from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and served one tour overseas for Operation Iraqi Freedom. He currently lives in the intown Atlanta Suburb of Brookhaven and frequently utilizes public transit.
Emani Terry serves as the Creative Director for Roadmap Advisors, where she brings a sense of innovative creativity and brand development. Emani is a native of Atlanta, Georgia who contributes to her community by helping local and small to medium businesses increase their value and thrive in their market.
As a proud alumna of North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism & Mass Communications, she has developed her passion for digital content marketing andgraphic design. She has lended her expertiese to brands such as the Four Seasons Hotel of Atlanta, The Moffett Restaurant Group, and United Negro College Fund– even launching an online graphic design business, Impromptu Designs.
Emani believes it is important to better understand how we communicate and interact with others through passion, commitment and engagement to foster better communities.
